This features the duet of the Asia's Songbird REGINE VELASQUEZ and Interntional artist JEFFREY OSBOURNE in their concert titled CELEBRATION OF LOVE back in 2000, Araneta Coliseum.
Regine recorded this Osbourne Original, On the Wings of Love, for the R2K album and has almost become the national anthem of the Regine Nation.
