Yes it is! Owen is friends with them, he's the one who arranges the orchestral stuff for The ARcade Fire, he tours with them too, usually.

I think that in a unique way the music does in fact fit the song. It's just different. But I enjoy it that way :)

In one concert, while in the middle of "peach plum pear", owen actually states that he felt like a "fag" playing the song during the lalala part, and then said "i proved them wrong" or something along those lines. Anyway, people don't necessarily say the word projecting it towards a sexually oriented meaning. I still choose not to use the word though. Just felt like I should state this.

i like the video, the girl is just dancing to her own music as the world keeps going on as it always does, drama filled, and shes still enjoying her music.

I agree... the music seems out of place in the scenes. I'm tempted to make my own music video for the song.

it's a beautiful song. the video doesn't seem to fit it very well. the video isn't as driven or interesting as the music.

My friend showed me this song on a road trip but he never told me what it was called. I've been searching all over for this song since the main melody had been stuck in my head for the past few weeks! :P It's such a great tune!
