A blizzard caused havoc for drivers and students in the western part South Dakota. The National Weather Service reported about 40 inches of snow by midday Thursday. (Nov. 6)

    Midwesterners are a nice group of people but they are a bit slow. They are more like pets than real people. Only a slower minded people would live there when they have full freedom to move south.
